Ideally located, our self-catering properties provide an ideal base for holiday-makers to explore the beauty and attractions that Royal Deeside has to offer.
Set in peaceful woodland surroundings on the edge of Banchory, we offer spacious two and three bedroom (double/twins available) self-catering accommodation. Our three bedroom villas offer bedroom accommodation on the ground floor with the living area, kitchen and dining rooms on the first floor with a balcony area.
We can also offer child friendly accommodation and welcome your canine family members to a limited number of our villas. Please contact our team prior to booking to discuss.
Accommodation is all self-catering, with bed-linen and towels provided. Stays over 7 nights will receive a change of linen.
The health and safety of our guests and team members is our number one priority. Our cleaners have completed the relevant Covid-19 certification and we have increased hygiene measures in place.
On departure we kindly ask guests to open all windows to air the property prior to our cleaning team attending the villa. We also ask guests to fully strip beds and leave the bed linen on top of each bed.

*We reserve the right to refuse any booking or ask any persons to leave the resort. We reserve the right to terminate the booking where we feel that the comfort and enjoyment of other guests may be put at risk.
*Deposit at time of booking is the prevailing rate for the first night of the booking.

A guest wishing to cancel a booking must notify us by email or by phoning our reception on +44 (0)1330 827080.
A guest has the right to cancel up to 15 days before the booking date and receive a full refund. In the event of cancellation 14 days or less before the booking date the guest will lose their deposit.
If for any reason beyond our control a property is not available on the booking date, or the property becomes unsuitable for letting, we may (at our sole discretion): (a) cancel the booking and refund all payments made by the guest in full; or (b) offer an alternative property where available, and the guest will have no further claims against the agent or the owner.
