Ideally located, our self-catering properties provide an ideal base for holiday-makers to explore the beauty and attractions that Royal Deeside has to offer.

Set in peaceful woodland surroundings on the edge of Banchory, we offer spacious two and three bedroom (double/twins available) self-catering accommodation. Our three bedroom villas offer bedroom accommodation on the ground floor with the living area, kitchen and dining rooms on the first floor with a balcony area.

We can also offer child friendly accommodation and welcome your canine family members to a limited number of our villas. Please contact our team prior to booking to discuss.

Accommodation is all self-catering, with bed-linen and towels provided. Stays over 7 nights will receive a change of linen.


Inchmarlo Golf Centre

Featuring the 9-hole Queen's Course, floodlit driving range, practice area and relaxed area to enjoy light refreshments and snacks, Inchmarlo Golf Centre is only a short walk from our villas. Visitors are welcome throughout the year and clubs can be hired at the centre. Visit for current opening times.


Sutherland's Pastry & Coffee Shop

Situated at Inchmarlo Golf Centre, owner and creator Graham Sutherland serves up some of the finest patisserie and baking in Aberdeenshire. Open 7 days a week between 8am - 5pm, a visit to Sutherland's is a must during your stay.

A guest has the right to cancel up to 15 days before the booking date and receive a full refund. In the event of cancellation 14 days or less before the booking date the guest will lose their deposit.

If for any reason beyond our control a property is not available on the booking date, or the property becomes unsuitable for letting, we may (at our sole discretion): (a) cancel the booking and refund all payments made by the guest in full; or (b) offer an alternative property where available, and the guest will have no further claims against the agent or the owner.
